The agglomerate take inspiration form the ancient Venetian tradition of the terrazzo and the “seminato”.
It is a composite material consisting of stone reduced to fragments of various grain sizes, with dimensions that can vary from a few centimetres to a few microns. The marble granulates are poured and mixed with binding substances, generally polymeric resins or cement mixtures.
These substances therefore make it compact and suitable for being shaped into slabs, tiles and other architectural elements.
