Private villa in Palm Beach – Florida

A villa in Palm Beach that embodies the fusion of contemporary design and Mediterranean elegance, meticulously designed to harmonize with its surrounding environment.

This project, the result of a collaboration between New York interior designer Jessica Schuster, the architect Peter Papadopoulos with the firm Smith and Moore Architects and Palm Beach Stone, spans an area of 929 m². The goal was to create a residence that feels approachable rather than overly formal, seamlessly blending into the natural beauty of Florida. Ocean and sand inspired colors, combined with simple, natural materials, contribute to a space that integrates with the landscape and perfectly responds to the local climate and environment. The villa’s interiors, conceived as true art galleries, alternate refined spaces with sculptural works and furniture pieces that imbue the project with character and personality.

In this context, Vicenza Stone by Grassi Pietre serves as decorative material, offering timeless charm and incredible versatility. The choise of Bianco Avorio in a honed finish is a winning decision that enhances the spaces with refined elegance, all due to its consistent warm tones and subtle natural character. Vicenza Stone by Grassi Pietre was selected to enrich the flooring as well as additional elements such as door frames, baseboards and other decorative details, covering a total area of 130 m². For the flooring in Bianco Avorio, tiles measuring 61x61cm were used, while the other elements were crafted with thicknesses of 2 and 4cm, contributing to a uniform and elegant result.

Vicenza Stone, with its ability to adapt to both linear and contemporary designs, blends harmoniously with more distinctive materials and furnishings, creating environments where essential shapes and bold style coexist in perfect harmony.
